All deposits are non-refundable and must be accompanied with the booking form.
Stands can be reserved for 7 days; if the booking form is not received by this time the stand will be released. A copy of your public liability insurance valid
for the show date will also be required. No stands are to be shared or sublet.
Cancellations will incur the following payments: 42 days prior to exhibition 50% of the stand cost.
28 days prior to exhibition 100% of the stand cost.

We accept payment by all major credit cards, bacs or you can pay by cash at any of our offices.
Cheques are no longer accepted. If paying by bacs, please send back your booking form to EVENTS TEAM, UNIT 1, BRUNEL COURT, SEVERALLS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, COLCHESTER, ESSEX CO4 9XP and we will then give you a urn and bacs details. Failure to pay any outstanding balances within 1 week after the show will incur a £25.00 administration fee.
